First influenced by electronic dance music in 1995, J Phoen1x discovered a world of the best music he had ever heard, instantly addicted to the driving bass lines, and epic synths. After listening to the music for years, in 2001 he began his exciting adventure with the turntables. Mixing house, electro, nu skool breaks, trance, psy trance. Late in 2006, J started a new journey into music production, and hasn' looked back. After mixing for 10 years, J Phoen1x has become more influenced with live p.a. involved with his performances as he continues to move the crowds, with the tools at his disposal. To him, seeing all kinds of people, non stop dancing and rocking out is the greatest high NO drug can match. Recently in 2009, J is currently attending Full Sail University in Florida for Recording Arts.
